Purpose

Our products are productivity tools designed to help educators and school professionals prepare school-to-home communication efficiently.

User responsibility

Users are responsible for reviewing communications as appropriate, using accurate recipient information, protecting confidential information, and complying with school, district, employer, and legal requirements.

Professional judgment

The system assists with communication workflows. It does not make educational, medical, disciplinary, legal, or administrative decisions and does not replace professional judgment.

Google services

Some features depend on Google Workspace and Google account permissions. Google services may change independently, and continued functionality may require product updates.

Acceptable use

Users may not use the system for unlawful, deceptive, abusive, harassing, or unauthorized purposes or to access information they are not permitted to use.
